Arricano Real Estate non-Executive Director is resigning

Non-Executive Director of Arricano Real Estate Plc (Cyprus) Raul Parusk leaves the company at February 1, 2017.

It is reported by Interfax, citing a company statement on the website of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). Raul Parusk was appointed a Arricano non-Executive Director in 2013. At that time he also led by the Sulvanius Invest company (Estonia), which provides financial and management consulting services in Ukraine, Russia and the Baltic region.

Arricano Real Estate owns and manages by five shopping centers in Ukraine with a total area 147 800 sq m: RayON and Prospect in Kiev, Sun gallery in Kryvoi Rogh, City Mall in Zaporozh’e and South gallery in Simferopol. Also, the company owns the minority share of 49.9% of Sky Mall in Kiev.

In addition, three projects are under design and construction stage: Lukhjanovka SEC and Petrovka SEC in Kiev, and also Odessa Mall.
