Krzysztof Konrady appointed the Furshet chain general director

He previously worked in the Polish representative office of the TESCO chain, and for the last two years he headed the Karusel hypermarkets direction in the Russian X5 Retail Group.

Professional career in retail Krzysztof Konrady began as the hypermarket chain TESCO POLAND director in 1998. Subsequently, until 2004, he held the regional director position of the same company, and in 2004 – 05 he led the supermarkets HIT chain integration, absorbed by TESCO.

In 2005 – 09, Krzysztof headed the convenience stores Savia chain, after which he returned to TESCO POLAND on the operating director position, which he held until 2015. The last two years, the top-manager held in Russia, where he was developing the hypermarkets Karusel direction, included in the X5 Retail Group (also manages the Perekrestok and Pyaterochka chains”

The Furshet chain owners set the standard tasks for him: to increase the company efficiency, to increase revenues and profits, – Krzysztof Konrady informed in an interview with RAU. To achieve these goals, the top-manager plans to reorganize management and business processes both in the management company and at the level of individual departments and stores. He also stressed that his plans are to update a supermarkets Furshet number, and to return to the retailer of consumers loyalty, shaken after several years of stagnation in the chain.
