Recall, in 2016 summer Dmitry Gavrilenko headed the JLL company office in Kiev. He began his career in the Ukrainian capital at KPMG, where he participated in projects for financial and commercial due diligence. In 2006-2009 he worked in one of the leading Ukrainian investment banks Concorde Capital and left the company as vice-president. In 2009, Dmitry, together with partners, founded the investment company Phoenix Capital, which provides the brokerage and financial services full range in local and international financial markets. In Dmitry’s portfolio is more than 15 transactions totaling more than $ 500 million, including IPOs, private placements and mergers and acquisitions.
Katerina Vesna headed the JLL retail department in Kiev in 2016 March. Katerina was the team member in Ukraine in period 2013-2015 and took part in the company key projects implementation. In 2015-2016, she was responsible for leasing commercial premises in the first retail property in the format store department in Ukraine – TSUM (23 500 sq.) in the company «Esta Holding«. There are in Ekaterina professional portfolio, in addition to the TSUM department store, the SEC Ocean Plaza (70,000 sq.), Prospect (41,400 sq.), Caravan (39,300 sq.), as well as such large Ukrainian developers projects, as Arricano Group, DCH, SvitLand Ukraine, Tiko Construction, Intergalbud. Ekaterina also worked with regional projects in Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Odessa, Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk and Kharkov. The Catherine total experience in the commercial real estate field has more than 10 years.
