There is the management another change in the Lavina Mall: Dmitry Muntjan leaves the company

The Director of the largest shopping center in Ukraine, SEC Lavina Mall, intends to leave the company. His place may take the Vinnitsa regional council former deputy from the Party of Regions Dmitry Lashin.

The source in the brokerage company, familiar with the situation in the SEC, told about this to RAU. Dmitry Muntjan himself confirmed the information about the imminent dismissal from the company. The different vision for the project further development with the facility Owner became the reason for the withdrawal, according to him.

“We did not agree with the Owner about the joint work fundamental principles and the short- and medium-term prospects evaluation for the SEC development”, – the Lavina Mall Director explained, noting that he intends to complete the cases transfer to the new head for two weeks.

Recall, Dmitry Muntjan came to the SEC Lavina Mall in April 2018 as the company first deputy director, and in early May he was appointed SEC Head. Prior to that, the top-manager served as Director for Development at Multiplex Holding company, managing the largest Multiplex cinemas chain in Ukraine.

Dmitry noted that he had not yet decided on his new job, commenting on further career plans. “The market is alive, proposals have already arrived. I do not plan precisely to return to the cinemas sphere. I consider mostly retail or development”, – Muntjan said.

As for the SEC Lavina Mall new manager, it will be Vinnitsa regional council former deputy from Party of Regions Dmitry Lashin, according to the RAU sources on the market. He previously also worked in the Vinnitsa City Council and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine, and the work last place was the state enterprise Kievgiprotrans, according to the information on his Facebook page.

The open sources also contain information that Lashin previously held various senior positions in Vinnitsa CE “Podolskyi tourist information center” and the Vinnitsa engineering and construction department of the Ministry of Defense. Lashin graduated from the Kiev National Trade and Economic University with a degree in Public Administration and Administration. Also he graduated from Vinnitsa National Technical University.

It should be noted that the management change in the SEC Lavina Mall occur surprisingly often. Dmitry Lashin can become the SEC fifth manager for the last year. Previously, the SEC director position was also occupied by Dmitry Grilberg, Diana Bukatova and Jury Mikhailenko.

Info. Lavina Mall is the largest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine with a lease square ​​about 115,000 sq. The object which located on the 6d Berkovetskaya str. in Kiev, was opened for visitors in December 2016. The largest in the country attractions Galaxy indoor park with a total square ​​more than 19 000 sq. also operates within the SEC.  Owner of the shopping center is businessman Vagif Aliev.
