Immochan Ukraine intends to open a retail-park in Odessa in 2018

Immochan investments in the facility construction first stage will amount to $50 million, the anchor tenant – AuCHAN hypermarket.

According to the agency Interfax-Ukraine information, the whole project involves three construction stages. The future facility will be located at the Glushko and Zhukov avenues intersection in Ovidiopol, Odessa region.

The first – already in the next year – the company plans to build a building where the AUCHAN hypermarket with ​​15 000 sq. square will be located, and a boutiques gallery, which is assigned to 4000 sq. Also Immochan equips a parking lot for 3600 cars. The retail park construction (working title – Les Vignes) with a 42,000 sq. m total square is in the further developer plans. The object belongs to the second phase of a large-scale project for the shopping center construction near Odessa. The project is completed by a shopping and entertainment center with ​​35,000 sq. m square.

“The project implementation also provides for the construction of a regional and urban importance infrastructure project – the interchanges at the Glushko and Zhukov avenues intersection. It is also planned to equip the races from Zhukov Avenue near the Raduzhny residence and from Glushko Avenue,” – it was told in Auchan Retail Ukraine to Interfax-Ukraine.

Let’s remind, Immochan realizes in Ukraine two more scale projects in Kiev, besides the Odessa concept. The first of its – the retail-park Petrovka – is scheduled for opening in this year fourth quarter. It is already known that considerable square in this retail-park are rented by ARGO, Comfy, LC Waikiki and JYSK. This will be the first retail facility by the “retail-park” format in Ukraine.

The second object – Rive Gauche – is built on the Left Bank of the Dnieper in the Poznyaki metropolitan region. The project first stage opening – a hypermarket with a boutique gallery – is also planned for 2017 fourth quarter. The shopping center total square will be 30 000 sq., of which half square will take the hypermarket AUCHAN. The anchor tenants of the remaining square will be LC Waikiki, Eldorado, KFC and Miracle-Island (Chudo Ostrov).  The construction second phase completion is scheduled for 2019: it is planned to build another shopping center and an office center. After commissioning all the lines, the ​​Rive Gauche total square will reach 150,000 sq.
