Ukrainian Retail AssociationIt is reported by Immochan Ukraine on the concluding agreements final stage with the SEC Rive Gauche first phase tenants and will plan to put into the operation already this year.
The project – the SEC Auchan Rive Gauche first phase, with a total square 30,000 sq., will open in the 2017 fourth quarter, as the development company Immochan Ukraine press-service reported RAU.
The largest hypermarket Auchan with an square more than 15,000 sq. m, as well as the 60 boutiques shopping gallery with the square more than 5,000 sq. in an unique format with innovative digital services for the customers will be opened, under the project, in the accordance with the international quality standard Aushopping company Immochan.
The project first phase shopping gallery main anchors will be the Turkish clothing brand LC Waikiki store with the square over 700 sq., electronics hypermarket Eldorado in 800 sq. square new format, the children’s products Winder Island supermarket with 400 sq. square, a fast-food restaurant KFC with round-the-clock drive service with 130 sq. square.
Also, the restaurant Kryla (the Wings), with 130 sq. square, and few other restaurants, that are now at the signing stage, will be opened among the public catering establishments.
“The tenants pool for the SEC Auchan Rive Gauche first phase is formed in the accordance with preferences, the income level and the desire to provide the maximum choice to future customers. The stores of such retailers: Brocard, Zarina, Golden Age, Silver Age, Metropolitan Jewelry Factory, Lush, Yves Rocher, Idea Shop, Orner Store, Master Zoo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Kyivstar, Vodafone, Jasmine, Krisstel, Giulia, Your Press, Our Pharmacy, Nova Posta, Coffeelat, Cheese Kingdom, etc. will be represented for the customers in the boutique gallery”, – noted the Immochan Ukraine commercial director Anna Koryagina.
The parking for 1000 cars will also be built within the first phase implementation confines. The company is also assured that the construction works are on schedule, and the premises transfer to the tenants under repair work will take place on time. The project first phase commissioning will take place this year.
The company was also reminded that the SEC Rive Gauche second phase opening is scheduled for 2019. The project total square will increase to 150,000 sq. with the second phase commissioning.
