In April, Andreas Kornberger will answer the question “why every retailer need a clear strategy and what are the key points of a strategic set up”.

We are very pleased to announce that Andreas Kornberger, Retail business consultant and former CEO MTI shoes & apparel, will be a columnist for Ukrainian Retail Association. He will provide us once a month interesting Information regarding retail and he will share his opinion about specific retail topics with people who are interested in.

Today he is introducing himself, his consulting company and his approach.

KORNBERGER CONSULTING is a business founded by Andreas Kornberger after more than 20 years gathering experience in different retail businesses as manager on top management level and as consultant. The last three years Andreas was responsible as CEO for M T I shoes & apparel in Ukraine as well as supervisor for Intertop Kazakhstan.
