Decathlon, Leroy Merlin and Multiplex will open in the SEC Rive Gauche second stage

Construction work on the SEC Rive Gauche second stage, located on the Dnepr Left Bank in the Kiev Poznyaki district, has already begun. The object exact address is 17 Zdolbunovskaya Str. The building frame design has been completed, the SEC exterior and interior has been finished. Construction and installation works, including the building pile foundation, are being carried out.

The Rive Gauche second phase building suggests the shopping and entertainment center construction with 185,000 sq. total square, rental square – 77 300 sq. 55% of the rental space will be reserved for anchor tenants as noted by CEETRUS Ukraine representatives. Multiplex 8-screen cinema, family entertainment center, Decathlon sporting goods supermarket, Leroy Merlin building hypermarket are among its. There is also provided for shopping gallery that can accommodate 200 stores, a food-court, social spaces and a boutique fitness-format.

Recall that the Rive Gauche first stage, opened at the March last year end, was the first major facility to start work in the capital from 2016. It is located at the Zdolbunovskaya and Dragomanova streets intersection.  ​​Its first phase total square was 30,000 sq. The project main anchor (15 000 sq. m.) was the Auchan hypermarket, which, like the SEC developer, is the large French group Auchan part. Turkish clothing brand LC Waikiki, electronics stores Eldorado and Foxtrot, children’s supermarket Divolend, a KFC fast-food chain restaurant with a 24-hour drive-service, restaurant ​​Krila, a pizzeria Pizza King, Brocard, Zarina, Zolotoi Vek, Serebryanyi Vek, Stolichnaya Yuvelirnaya fabrika, Lush, Yves Rocher, Idea Shop, Orner Store, Master Zoo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Kievstar, Vodafone, Jasmine, Bra bra bra, Krisstel, Giulia, Tvoya Pressa, Nasha Apteka, Nova Posta, Coffeelat and others are working in the center in addition to a grocery retailer. The parking for 1000 cars was also built in the first phase framework.
