Vagif Aliyev intends to open in Kiev 10 malls with IKEA, H&M and their own building supermarkets chain

Businessman Vagif Aliyev plans to build in two or three years in different Kiev districts 10 SEC with the square from 350 to 500 thousand sq. There are agreements on opening IKEA, Inditex and H&M stores have already on most projects, according to him.

The MandarinPlaza and the SEC Lavina Mall Owner spoke about this at a press-conference on the Ocean Mall shopping and entertainment center presentation under construction in Kiev.

According to him, first planned SEC – Blockbuster Mall – should be open in this year December, and then – in 2019 – the Ocean Mall will be opened. It will be followed by behind him the Forest Mall launch with a total square ​​about 400,000 sq. near the metro station with the same name.

Vagif Aliyev assures that IKEA stores (both in the new city-store concept and in the large format with square ​​about 30,000 sq.), as well as world-famous fashion retailers Inditex and H & M, will work in six or seven shopping facilities.

In addition, the businessman announced his intention to open his own construction market in his shopping facilities. Aliyev specifies that he plans to develop this project together with foreign business-partners, but did not disclose other details.
