Ukrainian Retail AssociationThe Award Winners will be determined by the Ukrainian retail and development market experts and participants.
Among the nominees – shopping centers, commissioned in the last five years – from 2012 to 2016 years. The best shopping centers will be defined in such nominations:
– The best big shopping center (GLA over 40,000 sq. m). There are nominated: Lavina Mall (Kiev), Ocean Plaza (Kiev), Gulliver (Kiev), Prospect (Kiev), City Center (Odessa), Fabrika (Kherson), Hollywood Mall (Chernigov), PortCity (Mariupol), Victoria Gardens (Lvov) ;
– The best average shopping center (GLA from 20 000 to 39 999 sq. m). There are nominated: Art Mall (Kiev), RayON (Kiev), Atmosphere (Kiev), City Center Kotovsky (Odessa), Forum Lvov (Lvov), PortCity (Lutsk), TSUM (CUS) (Kiev);
– The best small shopping center (GLA from 10 000 to 19 999 sq. m). There are nominated: Lubava (Cherkassy), Manufacture (Sumy), New Way (Kiev), Kadorr (Odessa), Kvartal (Khmelnytsky), Silver Breeze (Kiev), Nasha Pravda (Dnepr), Cascade Plaza (Dnepr), Suvorovsky (Odessa), Gagarinn Plaza (Odessa), Aurora (Zaporozhye), DEPO’t Center (Chernovtsy), DEPO’t Center (Cherkassy);
– The shopping center best renovation in the last five years. There are nominated: Dafi (Dnepr), Metrograd (Kiev), Megamoll (Vinnitsa), Riviera (Odessa), Equator (Poltava);
In addition, at the Retail & Development Awards will be awarded the winners in the nominations: the best marketing for shopping center and best shopping center by KSO, as well as the 10 best retail-companies in Ukraine, Person of the Year in retail and Person of the Year in development.
The Retail&Development Awards methodology was developed by the Ukrainian Retail Association in partnership with the National Committee of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) research group.
Audit Retail&Development Awards is provided by one of the largest consulting companies in the world – Deloitte. It is a member of the “Big Four” of the audit companies.
Recall, the first large-scale event, which will identify and reward the most successful and fast-growing companies of country retail and development will be held in Kiev in September. The award ceremony of the best from best will bring together the key players in the retail and commercial real estate sphere, investors and financial organizations representatives, consultants and manufacturers, guests from near and far abroad.
The event organizer is the Ukrainian Retail Association.
