Overview of Torgsoft licenses: from minimum to maximum

The Ukrainian accounting program Torgsoft is designed for streamlined business management and comprehensive automation of trade: shops, outlets and networks of various sizes, supermarkets, warehouses and industries. It is a modern alternative to outdated and inconvenient accounting methods. The program was developed by specialists as a universal ERP system.

The choice of the program license depends on the needs of the business and the ambitions of the owner. The main criterion is the size of the retail network. Torgsoft provides three licenses for unlimited use of the software: “Start, Ultra, and Terminal.

Torgsoft-Start

The basic version of “Torgsoft-Start” is intended for those who want to keep simple warehouse records, are just starting their business, and do not need all the functions of the program. The key difference between the “Start” license and other licenses is that you work in one store with one accounting center.

• The program is usually installed on one computer of the seller and can work in the local network of the store on one or more cash registers.
• The Start license can be supplemented with additional paid options. For example, you can install the Torgsoft mobile application, which allows you to manage your business and conduct sales from your smartphone, or connect a software cash register and sell fiscal goods.
• Price: from 6900 UAH.

Torgsoft-Ultra

This version contains the full functionality of the Torgsoft program and provides more opportunities for trading. “Torgsoft-Ultra contains all the necessary tools of an ERP system. It is ideal for medium-sized businesses, e-commerce, if you have a store, warehouse or just a supplier’s goods database.

• The “Ultra” version can be installed on many cash registers in one store. All cash registers are connected to a single local network.
• Automation of an online store. Torgsoft-Ultra allows you to sell goods offline, in an online store and on marketplaces.
• Extension of functions. The version can be enhanced with 50+ additional options, for example: the same “Software PTR” for reporting sales of fiscal goods, the “Repair and warranty service” option for automating service centers, or “Online Market” for launching an online store in 1 day.
• Price: from 14 990 UAH.

Torgsoft Terminal

The terminal version is suitable for owners of a chain of stores or retail outlets who want to work with the program from anywhere in the world, without limiting themselves to the number of workplaces or their location.

• Easy scaling. The version allows you to quickly scale your business, increase the number of stores and cash registers if necessary.
• Data security. Sales information is stored on a server that can be purchased and installed in your office, warehouse, or rented. A large accounting system can be installed on a more powerful server.
• Remote control. “Commerceoft Terminal” is installed on a remote server that never shuts down. You work only with up-to-date sales data and have round-the-clock access to the program from your computer or smartphone.
• Price: from UAH 33,100.
