Lvov sports SEC Spartak are planning to open in March 2019

Silpo in an exclusive format, a seven-room Multiplex, as well as Sportlife with an Olympic-standard swimming pool will be the SEC Spartak anchor tenants.

A modern food court zone in a new format will be organized in the facility, in accordance with the main global retail trends. The NOA pan-Asian facility, the Tomatina and Avocado healthy food restaurants, as well as express- or to-go-formats: Express Buffet, Pinsa Romana, Lvov Kruasany and others will be this zone’ operators. In addition, the Celentano Ristorante pizzeria and the Middle Eastern cuisine facility will be open in the SEC Spartak. The food zone total square will be 1500 sq.

The largest Lvov fashion-brand store SinSay (LPP group, more than 1,100 sq.), the home appliances and electronics multi-channel retailer Comfy (1000 sq.), as well as the Akvarel N hobby-market with square more than 1000 sq., which will include entertainment center, will be the shopping gallery “anchors”.

“At the moment, contracts for square 84% have already been signed, contracts for many other premises are at the final stage. Our team carefully approached SEC Spartak’s tenants choice: we conducted the object potential audience study and attracted brands loyalty to which has already been proven by the market and which will definitely arouse interest among visitors”, – the company JLL Ukraine comments retail space department senior consultant Denis Cornuta commented.

In addition, the SEC Spartak will offer services and consumer goods: beauty salons, browse bars, mobile stores, dry cleaning, pharmacies, clothing stores gallery, cosmetics and well-known chain brands accessories that are interesting to a potential visitor. This tenants group will be represented by Brocard, Esotiq, Golden Age, Suf, Roshen, Yves Rocher, Esei Beauty Market, Triumph, Giulia and others.

JLL also reminded that SEC Spartak is located in one of the largest and most populated Lvov districts – Shevchenko districts, on the main thoroughfare – Getman Mazepa street, surrounded by existing and developing residential building. The project is characterized by excellent transport and pedestrian accessibility: 5 minutes’ drive from the city center, near to public transport and convenient road interchanges.
