SEC Rive Gauche opening is planned for February 15, 2018

Earlier, SEC Rive Gauche was planned to open in this year fourth quarter, but the developer moved the commissioning date.

It is became known to RAU from the project developer official letter — the company Immoshan Ukraine — tenants of space in the SEC (it is available to the portal editorial office). At the same time, the work beginning of the Rive Gauche project first stage was planned for this year fourth quarter, but the facility will not be able to open at the set time.

Recall, that the SEC first phase total square is 30,000 sq., and the anchor tenant is the AuCHAN hypermarket, which will occupy 15,000 sq. and will become the largest chain object in Ukraine. Also, the Turkish clothing brand LC Waikiki store with square of ​​over 700 sq., electronics hypermarket Eldorado in the new format with 800 sq. square, supermarket children’s goods Divoland with ​​400 sq. square, the  chain fast-food restaurant KFC with round-the-clock drive service with 364 sq. square will be the shopping center anchor tenants. Restaurant Krila, with ​​130 sq. square and pizzeria Pizza King with ​​200 sq. square will be opened among other operators of public catering establishments. Brocard, Zarina, Golden Age, Silver Age, Metropolitan Jewelry Factory, Lush, Yves Rocher, Idea Shop, Orner Store, Master Zoo, Samsung, Xiaomi, Kyivstar, Vodafone, Jasmine, Bra bra bra, Krisstel, Giulia, Your Press, Our Pharmacy, Nova Posta, Coffeelat and others will be filled the boutique gallery in Rive Gauche. Parking for 1000 cars will also be built within the first phase implementation framework.

The SEC Rive Gauche second stage opening is planned for the 2019 third quarter. The project total square will increase to 150,000 sq. with the second phase commissioning.

Immoshan Ukraine, in addition to the SEC Rive Gauche, is actively implementing two more large-scale projects — Retail Park Petrovka in Kiev and the three-phase project Shopping Resort “Les Vignes” in Odessa, first phase commissioning of which  is planned for the 2018 fourth quarter.
