RED leaves Modern-Expo and becomes Cerera Technologies

Ukrainian self-checkout machines manufacturer changes the format of the work and does the rebranding.

After one year being a part of Ukrainian holding Modern-Expo Group, company RED has changed its development vector and name. New company Cerera Technologies is focused on self-service solutions (self-checkouts, kiosks, parcel lockers, POS-systems) and provides business automation.

In 2018, RED self-checkouts appeared in Ukrainian and International supermarket chains PAKKO, Pchyolka, Zerkalny, Mishref Co-Operative Society Kuwait. Cerera Technologies will continue collaboration with businesses worldwide.

Leaving Modern-Expo Group and rebranding relate to different development vectors of the technology startup and the holding. Managers of Cerera Technologies have chosen this way to speed up on the market and increase flexibility.

Custom product line by Cerera technologies has three main categories: POS-systems, self-checkouts and parcel lockers. The company also develop and integrate software for own machines and creates new solutions to business automation. The leader of Cerera Technologies is an entrepreneur from Lviv Denys Burlaka.

Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine will open 20 lessened format stores
