More than 50 retailers from Ukraine are nominated for the Retail & Development Awards

The Ukrainian retail market experts and participants will be determined 10 companies — the Retail & Development Awards 2017 winners.

This year, the best retail companies will be identified in the following categories:

• The Retailer of the Year in drogerie. The trading chain EVA, Prostor, Watsons, Cosmo, Dinh-Dinh are nominated;
• The Retailer of the Year in technics and electronics (format over 300 sq. m.). Citrus, Comfy, Eldorado, Foxtrot are nominated;
• The Retailer of the Year in Jewelry. The Golden Age, Zarina, KSD Aurum, Sova, SUF, Pandora, Ukrzoloto, KUZ are nominated;
• The Retailer of the Year in cosmetics and perfumery (format up to 100 sq. m.). Yves Rocher, Irene Bukur, Lush, Beyond, Isei are nominated;
• The Retailer of the Year in Children’s goods. The Toy House, Міккі, Antoshka, СМІК, Miracle Island, PlanetToys, Bembi, Mothercare, Chicco are nominated;
• The Supermarket of the Year (square from 1000 to 3000 sq. m.). ATB, Silpo, Velyka Kyshenya, Velmart, Tavria V, ECO market, Varus, NOVUS are nominated;
• The Retailer of the Year in Sportswear and Footwear. Sportmaster, Megasport, Adidas, Nike, Puma, New Balance, Marathon are nominated;
• The Anchor Fashion-tenant. LC Waikiki, LPP, MD Group, Inditex, ARGO Retail Chain, New Yorker, Fiba Retail are nominated;
• The Reconciliation of the Year in retail. Eldorado, Foxtrot, Adidas, Agromat, Budigoks, Antoshka, Metro Cash&Carry Ukraine, Comfy are nominated.

In addition, the Best Multi-channel Retailer, the Person of the Year in retail, as well as the Best SEC will be awarded at the Retail & Development Awards 2017.

The Retail & Development Awards methodology was developed by the Ukrainian Retail Association in partnership with the ICSC National Committee research group (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Audit Retail & Development Awards is provided by one of the largest consulting companies in the world – Deloitte. It is one of the “Big Four” auditing companies and is the largest professional chain on the employees number.

The first large-scale event, at which the country retail and development most successful and fast developing companies will be identified and awarded, will be held in Kiev in September, 14. The award ceremony the best of the best Ukrainian retail companies will bring together key players in the retail and commercial real estate sphere, the investors and partners from financial organizations, consultants and manufacturers, guests from near and far abroad.

The event organizer is the Ukrainian Retail Association.
