Dragon Capital Building E40 Industrial Park Near Kyiv

Dragon Capital has completed an important stage in the implementation of its E40 Industrial Park project, located at the 27th kilometer of the Kyiv-Zhytomyr highway (Kolonshchyna village).

According to the developed concept, the total area of the industrial park premises will be 200 thousand square meters, which will include Class A production and storage facilities, cross-docking terminals, office and household and infrastructure facilities (hotel, truck maintenance station, etc.). The project will be located on a 49 hectare land plot facing the highway.

Thanks to the support lent by the Makariv District State Administration as well as the Agency for Regional Development of the Kyiv region, Dragon Capital was able to quickly develop and approve a detailed plan of the territory. This will allow the company to proceed with the next step of the project, development of the project documentation. The first stage of E40 Industrial Park premises is expected to be launched in 2021.
