REASON FOR DISCUSSION:

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the draft law “On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the enforcement of judicial decisions and decisions of other bodies.”

The bill draft proposes to automate the seizure of funds in the debtor’s accounts.

Today, such a system is used only for the recovery of alimony. With the adoption of the law, this will be possible in any enforcement proceedings. The executor will issue an arrest warrant through an automated enforcement system, from where this information will enter the bank, which will block the debtor’s accounts.
