January top-managers appointment in Ukrainian retail and real estate sphere

Year beginning is traditionally rich time on staff news.

Year 2017 did not become an exception – in January a number of loud changes happened in the top-management of market key players at the retail and development market. RAU suggests to become familiar with the selection of the most interesting transpositions.

COMFY

Igor Hiznyak became the new general director of technique and electronics shops chain COMFY from January, 19.  He changed Gennady Verbilenko on this post, that held general director position from October, 2005, now will continue work in a company as a head of the board.

Igor Hiznyak began a career in business in the British American Tobacco. He joined to the command COMFY in January, 2007, becoming a director on chain development. The COMFY chain grew in three times – from 25 to 76 shops in times of his work on position, was twice scale reformated.

Other staff changes happened in the COMFY top-management. In particular, Natalia Kutuzova planted oneself by operating director position. Ivan Pavlik became a business manager, Oleg Trembitsky became the director on logistic, he held logistic director position before in Adidas Company.

Gulliver

Lily Zubareva was joined to the managing command of multifunction complex Gulliver from January, 23, leading marketing and advertisement direction.

Lily Zubareva works in marketing almost 17 years, she came in development from a bank sphere, where she headed analogical direction in Ukrsibbank and FUIB.

NOVUS

Igor Landа left the Company, at least during six years he held the NOVUS general director position. Mark Petkhevich was appointed into his place, he was working on the chief executive post from September, 2015.

Igor Landа was appointed by the Company BT Invest Ukraine general director– Ukrainian subdivision of the BT Invest Lithuanian Holding, that develops four activity directions: NOVUS supermarkets chain, building company Stolitsa Group, Retroville Entertaining Shopping Center and grain-growing terminal in Nikolaev

Victoria Gardens

All administrative command was replaced in the Lviv trade-entertaining center Victoria Gardens. Shareholders SEC representative Kadem Ergul led the directors board, and Evgeny Коrоl became a chief executive, on that functions are laid by an object operating management.

Sergey Ovchinnikov told in the comment to RAU, that he would be responsible for marketing and investment direction, and also for Company accounting.

Kadem Ergul is a co-founder and CEO building Company Masterbud. Hotels of InterContinental Kiev and Fairmont Grand Hotel Kiev, and also Leonardo Capital Business-center are among the most known projects realized by a company.

We will remind, SEC Victoria Gardens was open in Lviv in October, 2016. General object square – 102 000 sq. m, GLA – 54 500 sq. m.

Кyivstar

Kievstar marketing director Sviatoslav Gorban left the position from February, 1, 2017. The valued suggestion department chief Pavel Daniman will become temporally acting marketing director.

Rebranding (then the new Kievstar logotype was compared to the Walmart brand), start 3G and innovative online-tariffs, and also increase of loyalty to client’s name among successes of marketing command and personally for Gorban in a company.

Salateira

The Salateira restaurants chain co-founder Evgeny Ruban reported about leaving the company Salateira Ukraine on a joint 2016 and 2017. He will continue to develop a brand in Incorporated Arabic Emirats and other countries. Now 9 restaurants are included in the Salateira chain. Chain is presented by establishments in the format of food-court in the shopping centers of Sky Mall, Caravan, Prospect, Globus, Аlаddin, and also by restaurants with own dinner-wagons in SEC Olympic, 37 Sagaydachnogo str. and 56 Yaroslavskaya in Kiev, Ukraine. Two establishments work abroad: in city Dubai (IАE) and in Minsk (Belarus).

Another Company co-founder Alexander Savilov will continue to develop Salateira chain in Ukraine.

Globus

The rent department leader Yana Zubar left the command of GLOBUS shopping center in the middle of January. This position she held from February, 2016, and up to this (from June, 2014 for January of 2016th) headed Ukrainian Retail Association.

MTI

Managing director of MTI company clothing and shoe division Аndreas Коrnberger, holding a position the last three years, leaves a company from February, 2017. As Аndreas specified to RAU, he intends to be concentrated on a management by an own consulting company KORNBERGER CONSULTING.

After his leaving Sergey Badritdinov, before discharging duties vice-president MTI, will occupy a manager director position.

We will mark, that exactly Badritdinov occupied the manager director post of company clothes-shoe subdivision up to Kornberger arrival in MTI, that develops in Ukraine chains Intertop, Ecco, Geox, Clarks, Marc O’Polo, Urban United et al.

Darynok

Business manager was replaced in the Trade Capital Center Darynok. Antonina Аrbuzova was occupied the business manager post instead of Irene Gorbokon, working on position the last three years. Before she managed the agent and consultative service department in the Company DTZ Ukraine trade real estate sphere.

Citrus

It was known in the January closing date, that Citrus chain director marketing post will become free before long. The Company operating marketing director Victor Sholoshenko, that holds a position the last six years, wrote on the page in the Facebook social chain, that he will leave a company on May, 1 of current year. He reported thus, that while he not determined with the future work place and activity sphere, however he not examines an employment opportunity in the electronics retail and FMCG-retail.

Citrus chain s of gadgets, accessories and domestic technique consist of more than 40 shops in Ukraine.
