Registration of manufacturers to participate in the “National Cashback” program has started

You can register through the Diya portal. How to do it?

1. Log in to the portal diia.gov.ua;
2. Go to the “Business” section, then “Enterprise” and select the “List of manufacturers and goods of Ukrainian origin” service;
3. Authorize with an electronic signature;
4. Familiarize yourself with the terms of the program;
5. Upload a file with a list of products and information about each item:

• full name;
• short name;
• EAN — a unique bar code of a product of Ukrainian production, which is assigned to each product for identification;
• brand name.
  6. Sign the application with an electronic signature.

The participation of manufacturers is voluntary.

Retail chains and stores, including online stores that are on the general taxation system and accept payment cards for payments, can also participate in the “National Cashback” program.

Registration for them will begin on August 28.

This step will contribute to the detinization of the economy, because only those networks that work legally and pay taxes will be able to join the program. Also, the seller needs to set up the PRO so that the fiscal check contains the bar code of the product.

The next stage: beta testing, when consumers will already be able to buy goods and will be credited with cashback. It starts already on September 2.
