Consulting for Retail and Kazakh retailer Anvar start cooperation in the field of retail space and assortment management digitalization

The international company-integrator Consulting for Retail, a part of Atriny Group, announced the start of the automation journey of one of the largest wholesale and retail chains in Western Kazakhstan – Anvar Company.

Cooperation will take place in two directions:

1. Trade and retail space management, delivery of planograms to stores, and control of its execution.
2. Strategic and operational assortment management.

Within the framework of the project, the following solutions are going to be implemented:

• Category Database by SymphonyAI
• C-Publisher for planograms publishing by C4R
• C-Publisher Audit for planograms audit by C4R
• Layout Management Studio by C4R

These solutions will optimize the placement of products on the shelf, shelf capacity, increase the efficiency of retail space and improve the customer experience.

The Assortment Management project involves the implementation of the following tools:

• Assortment Management by Num8erz
• Assortment Optimization by Num8erz

The application of these tools will enable the retailer to balance the assortment, thereby increasing turnover and improving marginality.

Partners have already kicked off the project and actively initiated Anvar’s digital transformation journey.
