Ukraine is going to come IKEA — in the SEC “Yuzhny”

The Swedish furniture and home furniture stores chain IKEA is going to enter the Ukrainian market.

It is reported by the site Novoye Vremya (New Times) referring to the Interfax-Ukraine agency and the ChAO board head Mandarin Plaza Alexander Chernitsky. According to him, IKEA can become the tenant of the largest in the country SEC “Yuzhny” with 450,000 sq. m., the construction of which is planned for the 2017 end in the Goloseevsky Kiev district.

“In addition, IKEA looks in our direction. Its intentions have already been announced, representatives specially came here, met. That is, there is already its arrival high probability”, — Chernitsky said, adding, that other international operators, “who have been waiting for a long time in Ukraine”, will become new SEC tenants.

Businessman Vagif Aliyev bought the rights to the land with the Ice Stadium on 9, Glushkov str.  in the Goloseevsky Kiev district for largest SEC in Ukraine with a sports complex construction as it was reported with reference to the ChAO board head Mandarin Plaza Alexander Chernitsky. Aliyev is such SEC as Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall, Ocean Mall the investor and the owner.
