Already on March 29-30, 2018, the Second International Exhibition RDBExpo-2018 will be held in the capital NSC Olympic. It will take place in two formats: a large-scale expo-zone will work at RDBExpo in parallel with the conference with the participation of leading experts in the retail and retail real estate
The Ukrainian Retail Association invites representatives of retail companies, development, investors, brokers and consultants, as well as other companies of the b2b-segment to participate in the event.
For the second consecutive year, the development company Budhouse Group will be one of the anchor exponents of RDBExpo-2018. The group owns and operates a number of commercial, office, hotel and residential real estate facilities in such cities as Kiev, Kherson, Cherkassy, Odessa, Kharkov, Zaporozhye and Lvov.
The portfolio of retail real estate projects implemented by Budhouse Group includes iconic facilities for Ukraine: SEC Fabrika in Kherson (GLA – 65,000 sq. m), SEC Forum in Lvov (GLA – 36,000 sq.m ) and SEC Lubava in Cherkassy (GLA – 18,000 sq.m ). SEC Nikolsky in Kharkov with total square of more than 100,000 sq. m and SEC Yessa in Odessa with 60,000 sq. m square there are at the construction stage. Several more large shopping and entertainment centers are under development stage: SEC Fabrika-2 in Zaporozhye (GLA – 57,000 sq. m) and SEC Hartz in Kiev (GLA – 96,000 sq. m).
Kiev SC Pyramida will be other exhibitors of the commercial real estate sphere. The shopping center was built in 2004 in the Darnitsa district of the Kiev city. Its total square is 16,000 sq. m, leased square – more than 12,600 sq. m In September 2016 the center was purchased by Dragon Capital, the largest investment company in Ukraine. After the change of owner, the center management company took a course to improve the tenant-mix quality, new quality tenants attracting, including global brands, the service improving and new visitors attracting. In addition, the Pyramid plans a large-scale reconception within which it is planned to add an entertainment zone, to expand the shopping gallery and to open a full-fledged food court. At the same time, the shopping center lease square will grow by 70%.
The Svitlotek companies group will present lighting solutions for retail and development companies at the exhibition. It has been operating in the Ukrainian market for more than 26 years and offers the entire range of professional services for energy-efficient lighting in the retail sector. The lighting engineering design, lighting audit, a comprehensive supply of lighting products “for the project” and others are among its.
The company specializing in the provision of facility management services and integrated services for commercial real estate objects – SHEN – will be among the exhibitors RDBExpo. The company operates in the Ukrainian market for more than ten years and is the leader in providing services to the facility manager. Its purpose is to create conditions for clients that allow them to deal with the main activity type. SHEN takes care of all the questions concerning the management and maintenance of the real estate.
The company Retail & Development Advisor became another exhibition participant. RDA is a Ukrainian expert consulting company in the commercial real estate sphere, which provides a wide range of consulting, management, intermediary and valuation services to tenants and property owners, as well as to investors and development companies. The brokerage services for buying-selling or renting premises, managing commercial real estate, the consulting services and the comprehensive services providing for the retail chains development are its main activities.
Note that cases from the most successful Ukrainian and foreign retail companies will be presented, will be discussed the current problems and ways to solve them, will be fixed key trends and expectations for the coming years during the conferences that will be held near the exhibition.
