Іван ЗайцевIt is promised that Blockbuster Mall, the largest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine will be launch on May 31 of this year.
This was reported to RAU by Alexander Chernitsky, the Mandarin Plaza Group Head of the Board. This Group owns the projects of the SEC Lavina Mall, Blockbuster Mall and Ocean Mall in Kiev.
Note, that the SEC Blockbuster Mall, located on 34 Stepan Bandera Avenue, next to the existing SEC Blockbuster, will become the largest shopping center in the country at its opening time. The facility first stage square will be 190,000 sq. In total, the SEC square should exceed 450,000 sq.
As it is know, Blockbuster Mall will be implemented in the retail resort format, which assumes that a visitor can satisfy absolutely all needs from shopping and snacking to entertainment with family and friends. In particular, the developer promises a large-scale entertainment component and a food-zone, which will house more than 40 restaurants. The flagship Silpo with 9000 sq. square in the new format will be anchor tenant center.
Mango, De Facto, New Yorker, O’Stin, LC Waikiki, Armani Exchange, Tommy Hilfiger, Napapijri, Calvin Klein, HUGO, Jack Wolfskin, Pierre Cardin, Tom Tailor, Esprit, SportAlm, Lee Cooper, Bugatti, Annete Gertz, All Stars, and others will be the center’ key tenants in the fashion segment. The developer also announced plans to open a building materials supermarket with square of about 50,000 sq. as SEC part.
