On September 14, the best retailers and developers Second rewarding ceremony – the Retail & Development Business Awards – was held in Kiev in the CEC Parkovyi. As it was – in the photo-report.

The top-managers of key players in the retail trade and commercial real estate spheres, investors and financial organizations delegates, consultants and producers, as well as guests from near and far abroad gathered for the rewarding solemn ceremony, which was held on September 14 at the CEC Parkovyi: over 250 top-managers and companies’ owners.

The best retail companies competed for the victory in 14 nominations, the largest online-stores fought in the 6 nominations for the victory. The shopping and entertainment centers fought for the victory in four categories. Winners were determined by the Retail & Development Business Awards Expert Council vote, which included profile associations, retail, development, consulting and brokerage companies delegates, and market participants open voting.

Also, the Retail & Development Business Awards experts and guests selected people who made the most for the retail and retail real estate development in Ukraine in 2017-18. Vladislav Chechetkin, marketplace Rozetka.ua Founder and Co-owner, won in the nomination “Person of the Year in Retail”. Maxim Gavryushin (Budhouse Group) won in the nomination “Person of the Year in Development”.

The event was held from 19:00 to 23:00 and was divided into two parts – “Awarding winners among retailers” and “Awarding winners among the SEC”. While some guests enjoyed saxophone music, as well as cover band JOIRA performance, other market participants could informally communicate, exchange views about the winners, talk about their achievements and discuss plans for the future in music pauses. Vitaliy Shapovalov was the festive evening host.

The event title partner was the VOVK clothing studio chain – №1 among young Ukrainian clothing brands in growth terms and customer confidence. The event official partner was Linden Luxury Residences  –  this is an elite residential space in the Kiev government quarter.
