All three buildings were acquired in 2017-2019 and are fully owned by Dragon Capital.
“We are very pleased to start our cooperation with EBRD in the area of sustainable property investments. As an effort towards sustainability, we have received green certificates for four buildings from our portfolio and plan to double this number within a year. We are also introducing so called “green paragraphs” into our lease agreements, to join efforts with our tenants in minimizing the environmental footprint of our properties,” said Tomas Fiala, CEO of Dragon Capital. “The loan will also allow Dragon Capital to expand investments in the commercial property sector, particularly in the development of our two industrial parks – M10 in Lviv and E40 in Kyiv.”
