Respublika Park Leads Kyiv Shopping Malls in Tax Payments

The Respublika Park shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv has transferred 854.9 million hryvnias in taxes to the state and local budgets since opening in November 2021. This is reported in a piece by Ekonomichna Pravda, citing data from the shopping center as of November 30, 2025.

These payments cover all key tax obligations of the companies implementing the project – from personal income tax to indirect payments and corporate taxes.

Tax payments show dynamic growth. In 2024, the amount of tax contributions totaled 216.3 million hryvnias. Over the first 11 months of 2025, companies associated with the operation and management of the shopping center paid 473.7 million hryvnias to the budget, more than double the previous year’s figure.

In terms of tax payments and number of jobs created, Respublika Park holds a leading position among Kyiv shopping centers. Total employment stands at 6,730 people. Of these, 4,310 work directly in retail, while the rest are employed in related operations connected with infrastructure maintenance and supporting the center’s operations.

Respublika Park is one of Ukraine’s largest shopping and entertainment centers. The complex’s total area is approximately 300,000 square meters, of which 135,000 square meters is leasable space.
