rauInditex will open in the SEC River Mall seven brands’ stores with total square over 7,400 sq. m. About half of this square will be related to the two-storey shop of the most popular brand in the world – Zara.
This was reported to RAU by the shopping and entertainment center press-service. Zara shop will occupy 3511 sq. m square, which makes it the largest chain object in Ukraine, Massimo Dutti – 678 sq. m, Zara Home – 529 sq. m, Pull & Bear – 798 sq. m, Oysho – 408 sq. m, Bershka – 932 sq. m, Stradivarius – 557 sq. m.
“The Inditex group stores will be located on SEC two levels, while Zara will be two-storey, which is fully consistent with the project concept and the brand itself”, – the SEC River Commercial Director Mikhail Nechiporchuk commented.
All Inditex Group stores in River Mall will open in new European concept formats, with two separate lines for both men and women. Inditex Group’s commitment to innovation was awarded LEED certification for fulfilling a number of environmental factors, including high energy efficiency and the low impact materials using.
Colliers International experts are negotiating with leading players in the market and are opening to discussing new unique concepts.

Shopping and entertainment zones (including an aqua-park), a business center, a multi-level overground and underground parking for 1550 cars are planning as the multifunctional complex part with 140,000 sq. m total square (rental – more than 62,200 sq. m, SEC – 54,650 sq. m, BC – 4,484 sq. m, aqua-zone – 4,000 sq. m). The SEC River Mall launch is scheduled for the 2019 first quarter.
